This includes the DMV 262 release of liability form, a payoff authorization form, and a payoff letter that states that we're purchasing your RV and making the payoff on your behalf to your bank. Signing these documents frees you from any future liabilities and it allows us to handle everything directly with your bank.

We work around your schedule to arrange a pick-up day. Our transporter will bring all the original documents with him for you to sign upon pickup.

Once we receive the RV and the signed documents, we'll promptly send the original paperwork and a cashier's check to your bank. This step typically completes within 6 to 7 business days.

Here's the process for the negative equity:

1. Please call your bank and ask for a 10-day payoff. 

2. Then make the payment for the difference (the gap between the offer amount & the 10-day payoff)

   Note: The loan accrues interest on a daily basis so the payoff amount would be different for today than it will be 10 days out. So please be sure to get a 10-day payoff amount before making the payment. This gives us enough time to complete the paperwork and overnight a Cashier's check to your bank to pay off the loan.

   Once the payment is made for the negative equity, just let us know and we'll call the bank the next day to get the updated payoff letter (typically it takes 24 hrs to reflect once the payment has been made).

   Once your payoff is updated with the bank to match the offer amount. We then prepare all the legal documents like the DMV 262 release of liability form and the payoff authorization form. We also provide you with a letter that states that we're purchasing your RV and making the payoff on your behalf to your bank including the account # and the VIN # of your RV.

   We'll then schedule a pick up day based on your availability. The transporter will bring the original documents with him. Upon receiving the RV and the original signed documents back, we will overnight the original documents and the Cashier's Check to your bank to pay off the loan.

   Typically it takes 6-7 business days for your bank to bring the balance down to $0. However, you're free of any liability once you sign the DMV 262 form.

   The bank generally takes 3-6 weeks to release the title to us so it's in our best interest to pay off the loan ASAP. We can't do anything with the RV, we're also out of money and keeping a depreciating asset on our books until we get the title from the bank.
